COVID 19 Protocol

Delegate Safety remains a priority during AIS'22 and we have put in place safety procedures to ensure the best eve or protection and comfort for all AIS'22 attendees.

Below are just a few of the measures that are being taken during the event, and are subject to change as regulations and recommendations in Mauritius adapt but we will ensure that we are always fully compliant and go above and beyond what is required.

Meeting Venue Hygiene

CLEANING

All handrails, door handles, and lift buttons will be disinfected every hour during opening hours. All washrooms have assigned attendants who will carry out ongoing cleaning and disinfecting work before, during, and after events and during general operating hours.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

All delegates in the Meeting Venue will have their details captured and have their temperatures checked before being allowed to the event. If someone shows a high temperature, they will not be permitted to enter.

REGISTRATION

All AIS'22 Delegates will be required to register before entering the meeting room.

FACEMASKS

All delegates will be required to wear a facemask throughout their visit to the events.

HAND SANITIZING

Multiple hand sanitisers stations are available both outside, at the entrance and inside the Meeting venue in all meeting areas and banquet halls.
